Completely renovated one bedroom, one bathroom unit on the 2nd (top) floor. The family friendly complex is close to everything - it is located just a short drive (4.5 miles) to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores and OWA Amusement Park, Gulf Coast Zoo, restaurants, and Tanger Outlet. The complex has access to free parking, a swimming pool, hot tub, full gym, a pond, a BBQ area, and tennis courts. ***PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS SOME CONSTRUCTION HAPPENING IN THIS COMPLEX FROM SALLY. *** The space Master Bedroom: Queen Bed Common Space: Queen Sleeper Sofa ADDITIONAL DETAILS -Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen -Linens, beach towels, and some beach toys come furnished -Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, two trash bags per trash can, and one travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathroom. POLICIES -NO smoking -Must be at least 25 years old to book -Additional fees and taxes may apply -Photo ID may be required upon check-in -Check-in begins at 4 pm -Check-out is at 11 am (you will be charged an extra day if you stay in the property later than 11 am.) All guests/renters must check into the main office within 24 hours of arrival to purchase and obtain a $25 per stay parking pass. The clubhouse hours are Monday & Wednesday from 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 9 am - 12 pm, and Saturday 9 am - 5 pm. The certificate must remain in your dash while parked on the premises.
