Guest access For parking 🅿️ we have the best solution, despite the many places that you can park for free on the street beyond the building, very few metres from the apartment there is a private parking which you'll access for free. Other things to note The apartment is just 200 m from the town centre, Mosque and the sea. There is a shopping centre right down the street, while the popular sandy beach callen Uje Ftohte is les than 1 km away . A local bus stop is in front of the apartment, the ferry port is at a distance of 300 meters. You can visit the Pavarsis Independence Museum, which is just 2-minute walk from the apartment, or the Kuzum Baba Fortress, 2km away. Out of respect for the community of neighbors, parties are not allowed, we also ask not to make noise during hours of rest at night. Thanks!

All the restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in walking distance only 5min walk. The space Located on the top floor of an 8-store building. The cleanliness above all, new furniture, very bright, all kitchen appliances needed and a big balcony with an astonishing view from the top floor of the building. Guest access You will have a complete apartment of your own. The residential building is locked by the main gate on the first floor which gives you access to the stairs and elevator. Other things to note All the restaurants, bars, bus station and supermarkets are in walking distance, only 5min walk form the apartment.

Comfortably furnished beach flat with wonderful balcony with sea view on the 7th and top floor of the building, which was completed in 2018. 2 air-conditioned rooms, living room with fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and balcony, WLAN, Smart-TV and washing machine. The ideal flat for a beach holiday and as a base for exploring southern Albania. For families and couples. Animals by arrangement. Business travellers, tenants working in Albania are welcome. Long tem rent is possible. The space The flat is bright, spacious and functionally furnished. White ceilings with stucco over sand-coloured painted walls and tiled floor harmonise with white lacquered furniture with honey-coloured wood accents. In the living room a comfortable corner sofa invites 4 persons to sit down, there is a coffee table and a TV-bench with cupboard and a TV with internet (Netflix/Youtube). In the dining area there is a table with 4 chairs, another table and deck chairs are available on the balcony. The kitchen with a worktop made of resin in natural stone look is equipped with modern branded appliances. The bedroom with sea view has a generous double bed (200x160) with a high-quality memory foam mattress, a dressing table with mirror and stool as well as a large wardrobe. The bathroom, tiled in light and dark grey, is equipped with a glass shower cubicle, WC, bidet and hand basin with mirror cabinet. The washing machine is also located here. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and can be cooled and heated. All windows and terrace doors can be shaded by shutters. There is hot running water for bathroom and kitchen. The absolute highlight beside the direct beach position is the great view westwards over the sea of the Gulf of Vlora, the sandy beach and the pine forests from all rooms and from the balcony of the flat. Guest access Flat no. 37/4 on the 7th floor is part of a complex with lift and a landscaped area. You have access to the apartment with all its rooms and to the public areas of the complex such as stairs, lift, corridors and the outside area. Other things to note As this is a recently completed new building, there are currently still a few minor restrictions, which I would like to apologise for: - Shops and restaurants on the ground floor are not yet occupied - Main entrance gate still provisional - Bell plates still unlabelled, bell system still without function Everything else is new and of best quality.
